Golden Pumpkin Yogurt Oats

Creamy yogurt, pumpkin, and maple syrup with nourishing oats, seeds, and nuts for the perfect fall grab and go breakfast that is filled with natural sugar and high in protein and antioxidants

Ingredients: split ingredients to make 2 small mason jars

  • 1c plain full fat greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/2c organic raw pumpkin puree

  • 1/4c raw maple syrup

  • 1tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

  • 1tbsp of superseed (I love equal mix of flax, chia, hemp)

  • splash of milk of choice (use to thin to desired texture, remember oats and seeds will soak some of it up!)

  • Optional toppings: granola, chopped walnuts maple syrup drizzle

Meal Prep Directions: 

  • Layer ingredients into a large mason jar (or split ingredients to make 2 small mason jars) and store overnight in fridge

    • yogurt, oats, puree, maple syrup, spice, superseed, milk

    • save toppings for meal assembly!

Meal Assembly Directions: 

  • Take out of fridge and mix until well combined. Additional milk in texture feels too thick. Top with optional toppings and enjoy!
