For the Beef
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 garlic cloves
- ⅓ cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp arrowroot starch
- ¼ cup beef broth or bone broth!
- olive oil for cooking
Optional Toppings - peanuts, green onion, cilantro
For the rice
- 1 cup brown rice I like jasmine!
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- olive oil for cooking
