Marinate chicken: Brush each chicken breast with bbq sauce (doesn't have to be drowning in the sauce! At least 2 hours or overnight is best!
Meal Assembly Instructions:
Grill Chicken: on an outdoor grill or in a cast iron skillet for 5-8 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 160 - rest under foil on cutting board for another 5 before slicing.
Cook veggies: While chicken cooks, chop up broccoli or veggie of choice. You can steam, roast or throw onto the grill with chicken under tender and charred to your liking.
Assemble meal: to a bowl add warmed up rice, sliced chicken, cooked broccoli. Drizzle with ranch and bbq sauce - enjoy!
