If you make your own almond milk (or just love the benefits of nut fiber) adding leftover almond pulp to a delish combo of nut butters, superfood seeds, oats, and maple syrup is an efficient way to pack in energizing nutrients on the go!
½cupof almond pulp(after blending and straining 1 cup of raw almonds with 2 cups of water) If you don’t want to use pulp you can use raw almonds soaked overnight to soften but it won’t have as creamy of a texture!
¼cupalmond butter(or peanut butter if you prefer!)
2tbspmelted coconut butter(or other very creamy “butter”.. almond, cashew, nutella??)
¼cuprolled oats
1tbsphemp seed
1tbspchia seed
1tspflax seed
3tbspmaple syrup
