Avocado Ranch Dressing

The perfect tangy, creamy, but not too heavy dressing to pair with any summer salad, raw veggies to dip, or protein to drizzle on!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small avocado
  • ½ cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup avocado oil mayo
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1 lemon (or lime if you want it extra tangy!)
  • 2 green onions chopped (green & white parts)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp dried dill or 1tbsp fresh dill
  • 1-2 tbsp warm water to thin as needed

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
