Baja Ranch Sauce

A zesty Mexican inspired twist on ranch with an herby finish and just the right amount of kick

Ingredients
  

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

  • ½ cup cilantro fresh, tightly packed
  • 1 jalapeno de-seeded or keep some seeds for a kick!
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or mason jar and blend with a hand blender until a smooth sauce forms. Refrigerate up to 4 days -separation is natural so mix well before using
