Banana Cold Brew Protein Shake

Deliciously creamy and caffeinated protein shake with banana, cold brew, protein, seeds and coconut water for a sweetly hydrating shake to fuel your day and taste like a treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cold brew ice cubes (or 1 cup of cold brew)
  • 1 banana
  • Scoop of collagen + vanilla protein powder – I like Vital Proteins
  • Sprinkle of hemp seed, chia seed, bee pollen granules
  • Big splash of coconut water or almond milk

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend of high for up to 1 minute or until very well combined.
