Blueberry Muffin Protein Smoothie
Every flavor you love about a blueberry muffin but in a healthy cold creamy smoothie form!
- 1 banana
- 1-2 cups of blueberries
- 1 pitted date
- 2 scoops of collagen (I love vital proteins)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups coconut water or plant based milk of choice
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter
- sprinkle of hemp and chia seed
optional:
- 1 tsp of bee pollen granules (great mineral source!)
