Blueberry Muffin Protein Smoothie

Every flavor you love about a blueberry muffin but in a healthy cold creamy smoothie form!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 cups of blueberries
  • 1 pitted date
  • 2 scoops of collagen (I love vital proteins)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups coconut water or plant based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter
  • sprinkle of hemp and chia seed

optional:

  • 1 tsp of bee pollen granules (great mineral source!)

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined
