Cacao Mint Smoothie

Fresh mint leaves, creamy avocado, and naturally sweetened with dates and cocoa powder, this mint chip shake will feel like a treat but have ALL the benefits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk + ice
  • handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 scoop of collagen (I love vital proteins)
  • 1 scoop of cacao powder
  • ½ an avocado

optional:

  • 1 tsp of bee pollen granules (great mineral source!)

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined
