¼cupsourdough discardor more banana / apple sauce as a replacement

2tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
1tspcinnamon
½tspsalt
¼cupcacao powder
¼cupmini chocolate chips

Meal Prep Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375
Add “ingredients to blend” list to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a large mixing bowl and mix until evenly combined.
Pour blended ingredients into dry ingredient mixture and gently mix until just combined, not over mixing.
Fold in mini chocolate chips until just combined.
Scoop into muffin tin (or I love this silicon tray for easy cleaning and no sticking!)
Bake for 5 minutes at 375, then lower heat to 350 and bake for another 5-10 minutes, checking frequently with a knife in the center of your biggest muffin to make sure it comes out clean. Cool in tray completely before popping out and storing.
