Cashew Miso Sauce

The perfect sauce for any Asian-inspired dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp white miso
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup of cashews
  • Dash of favorite hot sauce
  • Splash of coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp of minced ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ cup of very hot water

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days.
