Clean Green Energy

Some essential greens paired with a double dose of potassium from kiwi and banana for extra electrolytes to sustain energy – perfect for a morning on the go!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 chopped celery stalk
  • ½ chopped cucumber
  • 1 peeled and chopped kiwi
  • small handful of spinach or kale (or both!)
  • 1-2 cup of coconut water (more to thin as necessary)
  • 1-2 cup of almond milk (more to thin as necessary)
  • 1 scoop of collagen

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Throw all ingredients (except for water + coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle

Directions:

  • Take bag out of freezer and add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
  • With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
