Load the leaves first into a tall mason jar or small food processor. Top remaining ingredients and blend all ingredients on high. I prefer a handheld immersion blender because I can better control making sure everything gets blended well for the creamiest texture – and it’s much easier to clean! Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days, or freeze. Shake well before using.
