  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • ½ cup coconut milk full fat for the best texture / flavor
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste mild
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
