Dill Dijon Vinaigrette

This makes enough for 1-2 salads, so double or triple recipe if you want a full jar of dressing for the week.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp smooth or grainy Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Shake all ingredients in an airtight glass container until well combined. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
