Makes an 8-12oz juice

Ingredients
  

  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 2-4 stalks of celery
  • lemon juice
  • 1-2 inches ginger
  • 1 cucumber
  • Big splash of water (or I like coconut water for electrolytes which help you hydrate!)

Instructions
 

Directions:

    No juicer necessary. Just need a high-power blender + fine mesh strainer or nutbag to strain.

    • Chop up apple, celery, cucumber, and ginger into easily blendable pieces (keep the skin on these ingredients, yes, even the ginger!).
    • Add chopped ingredients into the blender.
    • Add lemon juice, handful of spinach + big splash of water.
    • Blend on high for up to 1 minute or until ingredients are very well blended.
    • Pour blended juice over a fine mesh strainer into a large sealable glass container. Use a soft spatula to press the pulp against the mesh strainer to help get as much liquid through the strainer as possible.
    • Consume your delicious, nutrient packed juice within 3 days. It’s natural for ingredients to separate. Shake well before consuming!
