Pat prepped chicken as dry as you can with a paper towel. Add prepped chicken to a large mixing bowl with seasoning blend (1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2tsp paprika, 1tbsp flour, 1/4 cup parm cheese) with gloved hands, toss to coat. Add beaten egg, toss to coat, add remaining flour (about 3/4 cup) and toss again to coat as evenly as possible. Batter will start to feel very sticky, if it starts to stick to your fingers, scrap it off and toss with a fork, you want as much of the batter as possible to stick evenly on the chicken tenders.
