Morning Matcha

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • handful of dino kale leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp matcha
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tsp of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 scoop of collagen (I love vital proteins)

optional:

  • 1 tsp of bee pollen granules (great mineral source!)

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Throw all ingredients (except for coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined
