protein rich smoothie with the sweet creamy combo of peach, banana, and peanut butter
- 2 small chopped peaches
- 1 small peeled banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 scoops of collagen (I love vital proteins)
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup of ice
- 1-2 cups plain water (depending on how thick you want it)
- small scoop of peanut butter
- small handful of cashews
- sprinkle of hemp and chia seed
optional:
- 1 tsp of bee pollen granules
