Peach Banana Peanut Protein

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small chopped peaches
  • 1 small peeled banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 scoops of collagen (I love vital proteins)
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1-2 cups plain water (depending on how thick you want it)
  • small scoop of peanut butter
  • small handful of cashews
  • sprinkle of hemp and chia seed

optional:

  • 1 tsp of bee pollen granules

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined
