To a large bowl add wet ingredients - 2 Bananas (mashed), 1/4 cup honey, 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs to a bowl and mix until well combined
Add dry ingredients - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup whole wheat flour, fold into wet ingredients until just combined but not over mixing.
Fold in chocolate chips (leave a few for topping!)
Bake bread
add batter to a mini silicon bread mold, top with additional chocolate chips, bake for 30 minutes and check center - cook time varies on the mold size, if you are using a regular size bread dish it could take up to an hour! Remove when center is fully set. Cool completely before slicing! This is important or it will just fall apart!
