Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small package of raspberries
  • 1/2c cottage cheese (I love good culture whole milk!)
  • 1 serving collagen of choice (I love truvani!)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder of choice (I’ve been loving Ka’chava!)
  • 1c water or coconut water
  • 1c of plant based mink (more to thin as necessary)

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Throw all ingredients (except for liquid) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle
  • If making fresh – be sure to add a large scoop of ice for a cold blended texture

Directions:

  • Take bag out of freezer the night before and place in fridge adding liquid in the AM, OR the morning of add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes until slightly softened enough to release from the bag (for the smoothest texture)
  • With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
