Meal Prep Instructions:
Throw all ingredients (except for milk + coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle
Meal Assembly Directions:
Take bag out of freezer the night before and place in fridge adding liquid in the AM, OR the morning of add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
