A simple drink with added potassium and electrolytes to hydrate your body and regulate your pH levels. Great for a physically demanding day!
Ingredients
- 8 oz of water
- 4 oz of coconut water
- 2-3 drops of flavored electrolytes – I love YoungLiving vitality drops flavored with essential oils and plant based ingredients, but you can buy a variety of electrolyte drops online or at the store
- squeeze of lemon

- Mix all ingredients in a 12oz juice bottle or pour over ice and enjoy!
