Staple Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup cucumber drained and shredded
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh or dried
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

    Drain cucumber

    • shred cucumber and wrap in paper towel to soak up as much liquid as possible - sit for about 10 minutes

    Mix Ingredients

    • to a small mixing bowl add the drained cucumber, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 garlic clove (minced), juice from 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste, mix until well combined
    • Store in airtight glass storage container for up to 2 days for ultimate fresh flavor - separation is natural so mix well before using!
