Strawberry Chia Jam

3 cups strawberries ripe! 4 tbsp honey 4 tbso chia seed

Meal Prep Instructions: wash and chop strawberries
Add strawberries to a sauce pan over low heat, simmer until berries easily mash.
Mash in the pan with a fork or other utensil.
Continue cooking on low heat, add honey and chia seeds, stir until juices reduce and thicken slightly.
Let the jam cool completely in pan off heat. Once cool and thick add to a glass container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
