Tangy Tahini Dressing

That perfect balance of something sweet but tangy to round out a fresh grain bowl by loading over your hearty veggies protein, and grain to give it the flavor it needs without sacrificing any of the nutrition!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped cilantro
  • (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped mint
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp of honey or agave
  • juice of 1/4 lime

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in an immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
