Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp mint fresh
  • 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
  • 1 cup coconut water or water

    Prep your fruit

    • Divide your ingredients: 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup pineapple , 1 banana, 1 lime (juice and zest only - leave mint to add fresh!) add to two reusable freezer friendly food bags
    • Freeze until ready to blend

    Meal Assembly Instructions

    • Take bag(s) out of freezer and divide 2 tbsp mint, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup coconut water to each, let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
      With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
      If making fresh vs frozen - be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish
