Ingredients
  

Makes a heaping half cup - if serving more than 2 people double!

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp grainy dijon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small jar and whisk with a fork until very well combined. Refrigerate up to 4 days -separation is natural so mix well before using
