Very Berry Protein

Like a berry parfait on the go! Loaded with antioxidants and healthy fats from nuts and seeds for a power packed drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • handful of mixed berries: raspberry, blueberry, black berry
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup of plain greek yogurt
  • sprinkle of hemp and chia seed
  • small handful of walnuts
  • 1 scoop of collagen (I love vital proteins)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of choice

optional:

  • 1 tsp of bee pollen granules (great mineral source!)

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Throw all ingredients (except for coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients + liquid to a high powered blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
