chop up 1/2 cup watermelon , 1/2 cup honeydew melon, 1/2 cup cantelope , juice 1/2 lemon, scoop 1 tsp hemp seed, 1 tbsp mint and add everything to a reusable freezer friendly food bags
Freeze until ready to blend
Meal Assembly Instructions
Take bag out of freezer and 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut water to the bag, let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistencyIf making fresh vs frozen - be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish
