When you want that classic sweet crunch without the guilt, these simple ingredients are full of whole grains, super-seeds and an energizing peanut butter, honey combo for the perfect fuel bite that feels like a treat!
Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/3 cup honey into a medium bowl. You can warm in the microwave for an easy smooth mix. Add 2 cup puffed brown rice, 1 tsp hemp seed, 1 tsp chia seed, 1 tsp flax seeds , 1/4 tsp salt, mix until very well combined.
Add to a mold
press an ice cream scoop size of the mixture into a silicon muffin molds and press down until it's packed and flat.
Top with chocolate
Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil, mix until a smooth drizzle forms. Drizzle a small spoonful size over each bite.
Freeze
Place in freezer for 30 min. ENJOY!
