Hey, I’m Ali.

I’ve always valued a foundation of healthy homemade meals. However, the ‘essential yet stressful’ task of meal planning and prepping quickly became challenging while working full time and having three babies in four years. Determined to find a manageable meal prep rhythm for our evolving family, I committed to consistency. Eventually, I established the right habits that made meal prepping feel more efficient, enjoyable, and easier to execute consistently.
