
Energy Booster Shot
Increase your blood flow, stamina and recovery with these potent shots loaded with raw beet, pineapple, ginger, turmeric, and lemon to give your digestive system and body a natural, energizing boost
Ingredients
Adjust the ratios based on how many shots you want for the week – I usually take one each day and these last about 4 days so I make them 2X/week or you can freeze them in small batches in this silicon ice cube tray
this typically makes 6 2oz shots depending on how juicy / big your produce is!
- 1 large red beet chopped and peeled
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 lemons peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup ginger no need to peel! add more or less depending on your spice tolerance
- ¼ cup turmeric no need to peel!
- 1 cup coconut water or pain water!

Meal Prep Instructions:
No juicer necessary. Just need a high-power blender + fine mesh strainer or nutbag to strain.
- remove necessary peels, chop your citrus, pineapple + beet
- chop ginger and turmeric (no need to peel! there is good nutrients in the skin)
- Add prepped ingredients plus big splash of water or coconut water into high power blender
- Blend on high for up to 1 minute or until ingredients are very well blended
- Pour blended juice over a fine mesh strainer into a large pourable container. Use a soft spatula to press the pulp against the mesh strainer to help get as much liquid through the strainer as possible.
- Funnel into 2oz glass bottles
- Consume your delicious, nutrient-packed juice within 4-5 days. It’s natural for ingredients to separate. Shake well before consuming!
