Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of fresh juice (cold pressed is besttttt but any healthy not from concentrate juice will do)
  • 8 tsp grass-fed beef gelatin. This is a natural product derived from animal collagen and carries so many wonderful vitamins, minerals, and absorbable protein!

  • 2 tbsp of honey as a natural sweetener
  • Simmer ingredients until all the gelatin has fully dissolved, pour into small molds (Amazon has tons of options or check my story for links ), pop in the freezer for 15-20 min. They are ready when they slip out very easily without breaking! Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
