
Healthy Green Goddess Dressing
Be a GODDESS with this vibrant and tangy dressing that is packed with so many fresh herbs, citrus and some additional flavor gems like capers, greek yogurt, and apple cider vinegar. This is the perfect spring staple that will be on repeat.WATCH ME MAKE THIS
Ingredients
heaping quarter cup of mixed herbs – I like a combo of:
- 1 tbsp mint
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp parsley
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp capers (drained depending on how strong you want the flavor)
- 3 tbsp water to thin as necessary
- salt and pepper to taste
Notes
Use a handheld immersion blender and blend until very smooth and pours easily. Add additional water or lemon juice to thin as necessary. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Use as a dip for fresh veggies, a dressing for salads, or a topping for tacos.
