Sweet Superseed Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 1/ c of creamy almond butter
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp each: flax seed hemp seed, chia seed, bee pollen granules
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Notes

  • Add all ingredients to a large jar and whisk until well combined. The mixture should be very creamy / drizzly. Don’t refrigerate, it will harden. If the coconut butter/oil harden in a cool place, just microwave for a few seconds until it stirs easily.
Add to oatmeal, yogurt, toast, smoothies, or just take a bite as is for a sweet and nutrient packed snack!
