
Sweet Superseed Spread
Ingredients
- 1/ c of creamy almond butter
- 2 tbsp melted coconut butter
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp each: flax seed hemp seed, chia seed, bee pollen granules
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Notes
- Add all ingredients to a large jar and whisk until well combined. The mixture should be very creamy / drizzly. Don’t refrigerate, it will harden. If the coconut butter/oil harden in a cool place, just microwave for a few seconds until it stirs easily.
Spoon it, spread it, drizzle it, this sweetly satisfying superseed spread is like a nut butter gone wild (in the healthiest way). Filled with healthy fats, minerals, antioxidants, protein, and natural sweeteners. It’s basically like a bite of cookie butter that you don’t have to feel guilty about
