Ultimate Purple Cleanse Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large chopped red beet
  • ½ head of cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper – deseeded
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 red apple – sliced
  • optional fresh ginger & turmeric
  • big splash of water or coconut water

Instructions
 

Directions:

    No juicer necessary. Just need a high-power blender + fine mesh strainer or nutbag to strain.

    • If you don’t have a juicer, consider boiling your red beet until slightly softened for an easier blend and fibrous pulpy finish to your juice. Then add all ingredients to a high powdered blender
    • Blend on high for up to 1 minute or until ingredients are very well blended – add more water if it’s not blending smooth.
    • Pour blended juice over a fine mesh strainer into a large sealable glass container. Use a soft spatula to press the pulp against the mesh strainer to help get as much liquid through the strainer as possible.
    • Store in glass airtight bottle (linked below)
    • Consume your delicious, nutrient packed juice within 3 days. It’s natural for ingredients to separate. Shake well before consuming!
