Minty Green Goddess Smoothie

Feel refreshed, light, & satisfied with this minty sweet detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, hydrating green smoothie that is packed with everything mean & green for a goddess giving machine

Ingredients
  

  • Handful of spinach
  • handful of fresh mint leaves (maybe 3 sprigs worth of leaves)
  • 1 banana
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • small nub of fresh ginger
  • 1 small kiwi
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cup coconut water + 1 cup filter water (potentially more to thin if needed)

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Throw all ingredients (except for water + coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle

Directions:

  • Take bag out of freezer and add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
  • With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
