
Minty Green Goddess Smoothie
Ingredients
- Handful of spinach
- handful of fresh mint leaves (maybe 3 sprigs worth of leaves)
- 1 banana
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- small nub of fresh ginger
- 1 small kiwi
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup coconut water + 1 cup filter water (potentially more to thin if needed)
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Throw all ingredients (except for water + coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle
Directions:
- Take bag out of freezer and add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
- With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
