
Mint Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tbsp of matcha powder (depending on how strong / how much caffeine you’d like)
- big splash of almond milk (about 1 cup)
- big splash of coconut water (about 1 cup)
- sprinkle of hemp and chia seed
Instructions
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender with ice
- Blend on high for up to 1 minute or until ingredients are very well blended. Adjust by adding more liquid if it’s too thick
