Ingredients

  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ or ½ cup of coconut sugar (depends on how rich & ‘syrupy’ you like it – I like a little less sugar so I do 1/4, but try a few ratios out!
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste – you can sub raw vanilla but paste helps make it creamy and has the actual vanilla bean beads which I enjoy:)

Instructions

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan and whisk on a low simmer until sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate in airtight container. Add to warm or cold coffee, mixing until well combined and enjoy as is or add a splash of your favorite milk/half and half for natural homemade, low glycemic index coffee syrup!
