
Cold Brew Immunity Tea
Ingredients
- 3 bags of elderberry tea
- 16 oz of cold water (or small mason jar)
- small handful of muddled mixed berries
- small handful of fresh mint leaves
- optional squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Directions:
- Add tea bags and water to a large glass jar, seal and steep overnight in the fridge
- Remove tea bags and pour cold brew tea over a fine mesh strainer to catch stray tea leaves
- Add remaining ingredients + ice and mix until well combined
