
Simple Cleanse Juice
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of chopped mint
- Handful of spinach or kale leaves
- 1-2 pears (chopped)
- 1 large cucumber
- 2-3 chopped celery stalks
- 1 peeled and chopped lemon
- optional ginger & turmeric
- big splash of water or coconut water
Instructions
Directions:
No juicer necessary. Just need a high-power blender + fine mesh strainer or nutbag to strain.
- Add all prepped ingredients to a high powdered blender
- Add a big splash of water.
- Blend on high for up to 1 minute or until ingredients are very well blended.
- Pour blended juice over a fine mesh strainer into a large sealable glass container. Use a soft spatula to press the pulp against the mesh strainer to help get as much liquid through the strainer as possible.
- Store in glass airtight bottle (linked below)
- Consume your delicious, nutrient packed juice within 3 days. It’s natural for ingredients to separate. Shake well before consuming!
