  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 stalks lemongrass raw and sliced in half
  • 1 cilantro bunch
  • 1 inch ginger freshly grated
  • 1 inch turmeric freshly grated
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt to season

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a soup pan, whisk together and simmer covered for 10 minutes until very fragrant
