Ginger Peanut Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp warm water to thin as necessary

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days, shake well before using.
