
Ginger Peanut Dressing
That staple peanut sauce with all the savory flavor but not too thick and heavy so you can happily smoother your favorite asian inspired dishes!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp warm water to thin as necessary
Instructions
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days, shake well before using.
