Light and simple savory salad dressing bursting with flavor

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup avocado oil

  • 3tbs coconut aminos

  • 4tbs rice wine vinegar

  • 4tbs honey

  • 1tbs toasted sesame oil

  • 1tbs lime juice

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 1tbs minced ginger

  • 1-2tsp sesame seeds

  • 2tbsp of maple syrup

  • 2tbsp of soy sauce

  • 1tbsp of minced ginger

  • 2 cloves of garlic

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender or just shake well until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days.
