- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup almond raw, whole
- ¼ cup cashew raw, whole
- ¼ cup walnut raw, whole
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Meal Prep Directions:
- Heat oven to 350
- Pulse oats and nut mixture in a blender or food processor until grainy
- Pour oat/nut mixture into a large mixing bowl and combine with remaining ingredients
- Mix well and spread onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
- Let it cool and continue to crisp on the counter before storing in an airtight container for up to one month
