Ingredients
  

  • cup cashews softened in hot water for about 30 min
  • ¼ cup veggie broth
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • pinch of salt
  • squeeze of lemon

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Once you soak cashews in hot water for 30 min, drain and rinse them, blend with remaining all ingredients in a food processor or with immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days. Best reheated over a warm grain bowl for the smoothest pour
