Vegan Apple Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ½ cup apple honeycrisp is my fav!
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • squeeze of lemon

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a wide mouth mason jar and blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. Thin with water or almond milk to thin or tahini to thicken, to reach a pourable texture.
