
Blackberry Almond Protein Smoothie
The perfect rich, creamy and bursting with flavor protein shake that tastes like your favorite berry cobbler but loaded with whole, real ingredients to fuel and satisfy

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I’ve been loving Ka’chava!)
- 1 ½ cup almond milk (more to thin as necessary)
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Throw all ingredients (except for plant based milk) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle
- If making fresh – be sure to add a large scoop of ice for a cold blended texture
Directions:
- Take bag out of freezer the night before and place in fridge adding liquid in the AM, OR the morning of add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes until slightly softened enough to release from the bag (for the smoothest texture)
- With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
