
Super Greens Morning Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ a mango
- handful of spinach or kale
- handful of chopped celery
- half a cucumber
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- splash of coconut water, almond milk & more water to thin as necessary

Meal Prep Instructions:
- I love freezing everything but the liquid so that it’s ready to pull out of the freezer when I wake up and soft enough to blend with my liquid by the time I’m heading out the door! I use these reusable food storage bags: Stasher Bag Bundle
- Take bag out of freezer and add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
- With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
